Dumas schools help prepare kids for the future.

With a vigorous academic life that includes solid scores on standardized testing, competitive athletics, and a variety of extracurricular activities, Dumas Independent School District strives to develop the very best in each and every child.

As a testimony to our community's progressive nature, Dumas recently passed a bond election to build a new Middle School for grades 5-6. Growing enrollment in the district due to economic prosperity led to this important addition.
